About Us

As the CIO, Matthew Bernstein brings with him over a decade of industry expertise in the healthcare and communications and technology verticals. In his role as the CIO for a 700+ employee healthcare consulting organization. Matthew was responsible for the design, implementation and management of an information technology department and the infrastructure systems that supported the enterprise.

Troy Bogle brings 10 years of experience implementing solutions within regulated environments. Previously servings as the Engineering Manager for a locally owned network services and telecommunications company, he was responsible for the management of all enterprise implementations and partner engagements within the company, managing over one thousand engagements in that span. 

With 20 years of combined knowledge in Medical and IT system implementation & management, Lissa Diaz provides an all-encompassing bridge between the medical and technical worlds. From extensive knowledge in HIPAA, CLIA, Security Risk Assessments, to EHR template editing and clinical workflow development, her understanding of the importance of patient care and IT are in the fourth front of her day-to-day work. With her ability to understand the technology and the ability to recognize how it impacts clinical staff firsthand, she offers insight that focuses on our internal approach to our medical clients. Lissa is currently responsible for driving projects to finish and providing leadership on various levels.
